I recently installed Instagram, but I’m not sure I’m using it right. For one thing, I’m using the tiny iPhone app on my iPad, and I can’t figure out where to add a caption to my photos. So I’m posting them to Twitter explanation-free when I’d rather not.
Left: These are the socks I finished knitting Tuesday night. They were made with Noro Silk Garden Sock Yarn mainly during episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer season 4. They’re gorgeous, but since I work at home and get cold, I’ll probably just wear them as slippers.
Right: Ever since John and I got engaged, I’ve felt like I should be a little more domestic. That usually translates to me intending to bake him something, but in the end both of us baking together. We decided to make shortbread cookies so we’d have something to dunk into our tea.
