Spyro the Dragon, Town Square, by Sam Spahr.
I’ve been playing Spyro games for as long as I remember, and this Town Square map is from the level I can remember the most (I think). I forget some things about this level, but I’ve played it enough as a kid that I can remember most of its structure. I definitely remember the part where you jump on the first step of a fountain and fly around a pillar in a semi-complex maneuver to get to a dragon egg thief.  The last time I played through the Spyro Playstation 1 trilogy was sometime last year, I believe (either that or the year before). I was trying to play through the entire Spyro series, which was not a good idea. Some of the ones outside of the original trilogy *COUGHENTERTHEDRAGONFLYCOUGH* are just flat out horrible. Still, the original Spyro games hold a very special place in my heart, and I will never forget them or stop playing them.

I remember this so clearly!
